    Clean facilities, easy access, well-maintained rooms

    The bathrooms are annoyingly small and cramped!!! The noise from neighboring rooms is ridiculous!!! In-room amenities like microwaves were promised but not provided, quite inconvenient!!!

    Clean room, friendly staff, with an indoor pool and fitness center, made my stay enjoyable and convenient.

    The hotel was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was good and well supplied.

    The hotel is off the main drag which makes it easy to locate and be on your way after your stay. However, the road noise did make it difficult to fall asleep. Vroom......Vroom.....

    When it comes to local eats, Muncie's got some hidden gems! Don't miss Mancino's Pizza & Grinders for some epic grub, and you can't go wrong with Jimmy John's for a quick bite. On top of great dining, the hotel was clean, and the bed was super comfy-just what I needed after a long day exploring.

    So, we booked the joint partly 'cause of the inside pool, right? We roll in and see it's closed! After dinner, I spotted folks splashing around. Turns out, it was open on weekends, but by morning we were told it's closed again. Talk about mixed signals! A little transparency would go a long way.

    Everyone was helpful and excellent breakfast.

    Only 1 ice machine on 1st floor. We were on top floor at other end of bldg. not convenient and advertise ice on every floor! Also a bit pricey compared to holiday inns or Best Western.

    definitely want to stay in that area again

    The room had air conditioning, a tv, and a microwave. The shower had great water pressure. Convenient access to an indoor pool and fitness center was nice. Breakfast options were excellent with muffins and yogurt. Everything felt really clean and organized, which I appreciated.

    It was such a relief to unwind, especially with the kids and our three dogs by our side. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Muncie's local attractions.

    In my wife's opinion, the parking situation left a lot to be desired.

    There were quiet and updated rooms with King Bed and Jacuzzi tub, for example. I found the hotel's location marvellous and exceptionally nice, really close to the common areas, Muncie in the future and restaurants and local shopping.
